Get STOKD.
Get paid in real stocks.
A 3% fee on every $STOKD trade buys tokenized stocks and sends them straight to holders' wallets. Nothing to claim, nothing to stake. Your first Restock lands the moment your share crosses $2.
—
Watch it pay.
Your jar on the left, every Restock on the chain on the right. There is no claim button anywhere: these are transfers that already happened.
- Restocks appear here as they land.
10% of every fee buys STOKD and burns it
One fee in, real stocks out.
Every arrow is a program or the keeper doing one job. Nothing here needs you to claim anything.
What would I get?
Two numbers decide it: how much STOKD trades, and how much of it you hold. Move them. The maths is the fixed rules and nothing else.
Of every trade: 3% fee, Meteora keeps a fifth, holders get 80% of the rest. That is 1.92% of volume to holders, split by balance. This assumes every token is held by an eligible wallet; in practice pool reserves and wallets under 10,000 do not count, so your real share runs higher.
Pick your shelf.
A shelf is a themed basket. Each Restock is the next asset on yours, delivered as the token itself. Choose once, switch any time, and it is saved on chain to your wallet. Momentum rebuilds itself every Monday; certificate holders add shelves of their own.
Certificates that change what you get paid.
Four tiers, from Receipt at ×1.5 to Charter at ×5. Each carries up to 250,000 STOKD of your balance at its multiplier, with its own jar and its own pick. Real collectibles: trade them anywhere, the jar follows the holder.
See the certificates →Seven shelves, one Featured slot.
Burn STOKD for the shelf you want featured. Monday the leader is crowned and its riders fill at ×1.25 all week. Every STOKD spent in the war is gone for good.
Join the war →Launch a coin that pays its holders in stocks.
Any coin launched here runs on the same engine. Pick a fee from 1% to 5% and a stock. Half the fee is yours, paid straight to you. The other half buys that stock for your holders, every five minutes, for the life of the coin. The pool locks for good at graduation.
Open the launchpad →Buy stocks, get some back.
Swap SOL or USDC into any of 23 tokenized stocks at the best route on Solana. The swap carries a 0.5% fee, taken in the stock you bought, and half of it is sent straight back to you.
Open Stockback →What can never change, in writing.
Most of STOKD is code nobody can edit, us included. The rest is listed with exactly who can change it. Read it before you hold.
- 01The 3% fee is written into the pool config, which no instruction can edit, and the migrated pool inherits it. We cannot raise it.
- 02Bought stocks sit in a program address. The only way out is a delivery to a wallet holding at least 10,000 STOKD at that moment. No sweep, no withdrawal, no pause.
- 03The migrated pool's liquidity is permanently locked. It cannot be pulled, by anyone, ever.
- 04What the engine buys and when is run by our keeper, off chain. That is the part we control, and we say so.
26 assets. Delivered as the asset itself.
Tokenized stocks and ETFs from the xStocks line, plus the crypto majors. Prices live from Jupiter.
The whole machine, in plain words.
3% goes to the engine.
Every buy and sell of STOKD carries a 3% fee, in SOL. The pool's fee claimer is the engine's treasury and nobody else. Meteora keeps a fifth as its protocol cut; the rest is ours to spend on you.
Every five minutes.
The engine claims the fee and splits it: 80% to holders, 10% to buy and burn STOKD, 5% to the weekly Pick'em pot, 5% for gas and running costs. Every claim is a public transaction.
By your balance.
Hold 10,000 STOKD or more and your jar fills each run, in proportion to what you hold. No signup, no staking. Riders of the week's featured shelf fill at ×1.25.
The stock itself lands.
When your jar crosses $2 the engine buys the next asset on your shelf through Jupiter and the program sends it to your wallet. NVDAx, SPYx, SOL: real tokens you own.
No holding, no delivery.
The delivery instruction checks, on chain and at that moment, that you still hold the floor. Sell below it and the Restock waits until you are back; it cannot go anywhere else.
Read the ledger.
Every claim, buy, Restock and burn is listed with its transaction. If a number here ever disagrees with the chain, the chain is right.
Restocks depend on real trading volume: a quiet day pays less than a busy one, and the jar shows the true rate either way. Tokenized stocks track listed equities but are not shares on the issuer's register. A first Restock of a new asset pays for its token account out of your jar, about $0.40. Everything the engine does is visible on the transparency page.
Every five minutes.
The engine runs every five minutes. Each run claims the fee, fills every holder's jar, and delivers each jar that crossed $2. You do nothing.

Free, one transaction, switch any time. Your choice is stored on chain under your wallet and the engine reads it every run. Prefer one asset? Pick it below the shelves.
Community shelves
Built by certificate holders. Ride one like any shelf; its builder takes the cut shown from each Restock it pays.
Or one asset, every time
Seven shelves fight for next week's Featured slot. Burn STOKD for a shelf to push it up the board. Monday 00:00 UTC the leader is crowned, and its riders fill their jars at ×1.25 all week. Every STOKD reinforced is burned for good.
Hold a Share, Bond or Charter certificate and you can put a shelf of your own on the floor: up to eight assets, your weights, your name. Anyone can ride it. You take a cut of up to 2% of every Restock it pays, for as long as you hold the certificate.
Pick three assets. Your entry is their equal-weight return from Wednesday 00:00 UTC to Sunday's close. The three best entries split the week's pot, paid into their jars. Free for anyone holding 10,000 STOKD: one small transaction, one entry per wallet.

Before graduation your trade goes straight to the bonding curve, the coin's only market. After graduation Jupiter routes it across every pool. The fee is the same 3% either way, and Meteora keeps a fifth of it as protocol fee.
Jupiter finds the best route. The swap carries a 0.5% platform fee, taken in the stock you bought and paid to the STOKD treasury. As soon as your swap confirms, the engine checks it on chain and sends half of that fee back to your wallet, in the same stock.

Certificates that change what you get paid.
A certificate carries up to 250,000 STOKD of your balance at its multiplier, with a jar of its own and its own pick: a shelf, a community shelf or one asset. Sell it and the jar goes with it. Every certificate's price goes to holders.

The STOKD Lounge.
A room only holders can post in. Every message is signed by your wallet and checked against the chain when you send it, so a seat cannot be faked, and it ends when you sell. A seat takes 100,000 STOKD. Anyone can read.
